When is my product available for pick up after I buy online?

You will receive an e-mail notification alerting you that your order has been processed and is ready for you at the store.


When do I go to the store?

Wait to receive your confirmation e-mail with your pick up instructions before you go to the store. Please verify the store hours before you purchase. (store hours vary by market).


Do I need identification to pick-up my purchase?

Yes!  After you receive your order confirmation e-mail, please bring the following to the store:
- A copy of the confirmation e-mail
- The credit card used for this purchase
- Your photo ID


If  a product is not available at the store I selected, can I check for availability at other stores?

Yes! If an item is not available at your selected store, you can select a different store in your area, during the checkout process.


Can I cancel something I have purchased online?

To cancel an order placed for pick up, go online and cancel or call 1-800-854-3999. All orders cancel if not picked up within 8 days of the online purchase.
